Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for eligible products. Kindly check your orders as soon as you get them, as the exchange option is only available within 48 hours.
Exchange: Customers may exchange damaged products if we are contacted within 48 hours of receiving orders with photo or video evidence (delivery cost is on us). Customers can exchange products within 48 hours of receiving them based on the wrong size or design. So far, it has not been open (delivery cost is on you). If products are opened, they will not be collected. Sizes are always on the product package.
Refund: You will be refunded for any excess amount paid with evidence. We are not liable for refunds for wrong orders or sizes.
Always make payment as soon as you choose your designs and sizes. If payment is not made immediately, kindly recheck your designs to be sure they are still available. In the eventuality of paying for no longer available products, the refund option is not available. You can rechoose other products to the value paid. You must pay the balance if your next choice exceeds the amount paid initially.
Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our customer service team.
To get the right size for your bedsheet, duvet, and duvet covers, measure your mattress length and width in inches, then convert to feet by dividing by 12, e.g. 72 inches length and 72 inches width is 6by6 size. Choose the size closest to your measurements.
If your mattress depth is more than 8 inches, we recommend getting the next bigger size. For example, for 72 inches in length, 72 inches in width, and 12 inches in depth, 6 by 7 is recommended, especially if the mattress is sitting ‘on’ the bed frame(no bed frame on the sides).
Pricing and Payment Policy

We accept various payment methods for customer convenience, including credit/debit cards, Paystack, and other secure online payment gateways.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
We aim to provide prompt and reliable shipping and delivery services.
Orders are processed, and delivery options initiated within 1 hour after payment confirmation during our working hours.

We use a third-party delivery company, and customers are provided with tracking information to monitor the status of their orders. Delivery is between 1 and 5 days, depending on your city, state, and delivery choice.
We recommend you choose the doorstep step delivery option through courier companies for interstate delivery.
The option of using interstate drivers is also available, but you will need to follow up with the driver and we are not liable for miscommunication between the two parties or loss of orders.
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination.
If you have other delivery options, kindly communicate accordingly.
We will keep communicating with you till you get your orders, and if there is a major delay due to third-party courier services, we will contact them and give you feedback accordingly.
